DIMITRIOS SPIRIDONAKOS
A little about me
My background started in fine arts at Pratt Institute, but I quickly gravitated toward the mechanics behind the work—how ideas become objects. That interest evolved into a career in fabrication, production, and project leadership, working across disciplines and global teams. Today, I focus on advancing fabrication systems and processes, helping deliver complex builds with precision and efficiency.
What I do
– Creative Project Management
– Fabrication & Production Systems
– Global Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination
– CAD, Technical Development & Prototyping
– Sculpture, 3D Printing & Casting
– Lighting & Interactive Systems
From Concept to Install — Built, Managed, Delivered
I lead projects that translate creative ideas into physical environments, with a focus on fabrication, logistics, and execution at scale. My experience includes managing global production networks, aligning design with real-world constraints, and driving projects from early concept through final installation. With a background that blends technical production and project management, I bring both structure and adaptability to complex builds.
I focus on helping ideas reach a natural conclusion.
My focus is on moving work from intention to outcome by aligning people, plans, & production.
The goal is simple:
– Eliminate Open Loops
-Clear Decisions
– Projects That Get Finished.
Always open to collaborating on thoughtful work.
